Withdrawal from the Contract (Return)
Pursuant to Article 27(1) of the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, when concluding a "distance contract," has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of taking possession of the product.
Products made to the Client’s individual order, which have been tailored to their personal preferences or personalized according to the specifications provided by the Client, are not eligible for return.
Products that are not eligible for return include, in particular:
- Personalized products (e.g., with engraving, printing, embroidery, etc.),
- Products made to special order, whose production began after approval by the Client,
- Products with a short shelf life or sealed products which, after opening, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to return a purchased product?
To return a purchased product and receive a refund of the paid amount, inform the Seller of your decision by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment to do this.
How to inform the Seller about the return?
The form of the declaration may be any, but it is best to do it in writing. Below are two example ways to notify the Seller about the return:

You can send the declaration of withdrawal from the contract (see template) to the Seller’s e-mail address: contact@blackedbrick.com. The Seller will confirm receipt of your declaration. From that moment, you have 14 calendar days to send back the product to which the withdrawal declaration applies.

You can send the declaration of withdrawal from the contract together with the product and proof of purchase to the Seller’s address:

Additional information:
- Properly secure returned products against damage during transport.
- Include proof of purchase in the package.
- You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from using it in a manner other than what was necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
- Returns are made at your own expense.
Complaints
As a consumer, you have the right to file a complaint for product non-compliance with the contract.
How to file a complaint for product non-compliance with the contract?
If the product is not in conformity with the concluded contract, as a consumer you have the right to file a complaint based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
The form of the complaint may be any, but it is recommended to do it in writing.

If you are returning a product to the Seller as part of a complaint, secure it properly against damage during transport. Include a copy of the complaint and proof of purchase in the package.
