§3 Cookies and IP Address
The Website uses small files called cookies, which are saved by the Administrator on the visitor's end device if the web browser allows it. A cookie usually contains the domain name it comes from, its "expiration time," and an individually assigned, randomly selected number. Information collected via cookies helps adapt the Administrator’s products to visitors’ individual preferences and needs and enables the creation of general statistics on Website visits.
The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
a) Session cookies – deleted from the device after the browser session ends or the computer is turned off. These do not allow the collection of any personal data or confidential information from Clients’ computers.
b) Persistent cookies – stored on the Client's device until deleted or expired. These do not allow the collection of personal data or confidential information from Clients’ computers.
The Administrator uses its own cookies for analyses, research, and audience audits, in particular for creating anonymous statistics to understand how Clients use the Website, which enables improvements to its structure and content.
The cookie mechanism is safe for Clients’ computers. In particular, it does not allow viruses or other unwanted software to be installed. Clients may limit or disable cookie access in their browsers. However, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain Website features.
The Administrator may collect Clients' IP addresses. An IP address is a number assigned to a visitor's computer by their Internet service provider. It usually changes with each connection (dynamic IP) and is generally not treated as personal information. The Administrator uses IP addresses to diagnose server problems, compile statistics (e.g., identifying the regions with the highest visit counts), administer and improve the Website, ensure security, and identify unwanted automated scripts overloading the server.
The Website contains links to other websites. The Administrator is not responsible for the privacy policies of these external websites.
§4 Security Management
The Administrator uses an SSL certificate issued by a leading global security company to encrypt data transmitted via the Internet.
